because many people use the internet to get cheaper products and owners of
online stores understand this fact very well, thus they are ready to reduce
their profit margin to get more customers.
The other reason is that it’s easier for one to browse
through different websites or online stores looking for better prices than
walking from one mall to another.
Convenience
The reason why many people have been able to embrace online
shopping within a short time is that the technology is convenient. Many people,
especially the working class feel that it saves them a lot of time since it
allows one to shop from the comfort of their homes and it doesn’t matter what
time it is because they operate 24 hours a day.
Variety
This is also another reason why many Kenyans have embraced
the new technology. Due to many policies in the country, most physical stores
have limited number of various products. On the other hand, you will get almost everything you want from an online store.

The other advantage of shopping from an online store is that
you will avoid all the traps that many physical stores use to lure customers to
buy from their shops. Some of the tricks they use to lure one into buying more
